Phosphate, The key to nutrient efficiency.
Transportation is key to phosphate on time. Railroads are dominant to the business plan.

So you are a crop producer and do not want to spend more than 12% of your gross income for NPKS and Zinc.  
If you own and Exactrix TAPPKTS plus Zinc formulator you will spend less than 12% of the Gross Income to make a good margin and an excellent crop.

There absolutely is no shortage of Phosphate Rock in the US, and World Wide.  

There is no replacement for Phosphate in the production of high yielding crops.  
The problems of Phosphate supplies are related to only five miners that set up Oligopolies mostly based on transportation.  
China produces 4 times the phosphate tons as the USA.  
The Idaho Phosphate Reserve has a very strategic advantage in all directions of the continent for delivery of Green Acid, Black Acid, MAP, DAP and MAPS.
Anti-Trust actions by Department of Justice and reviews have occurred in the Idaho Phosphate Reserve.  

Morocco has the greatest Phosphate reserves in the world.  

The USA phosphate producers do not allow free market access to the North American markets from such countries as Morocco. Morocco’s attempts to penetrate the business of phosphate distribution in the US have been futile.  

The fertilizer business may seem confusing. Just remember “they have got it and you don’t”.  Hedge fund managers want your money at ridiculous rates of return.  

A New Era is emerging….driven by economics and local control of nutrients.

The most efficient use of Potassium is a fluid flow at deep banding depths of 6 to 8 inches in high quality soils. Potassium Thio-Sulfate as TAPPKTS plus Zinc is up to 500% more efficient compared to top dress application of muriate of potash, KCL. Why is Exactrix KTS® so efficient?

Similar railroads (Unit Trains) that haul primarily Potash are under development in Argentina. The Argentine government is problematic for outside investment to complete the mine and railroad.  

Once again Potash is very dependent on transportation, timely delivery using railroads and with support from their government.
