-
The World Ammonia Production, (World Fertilizer) is
presently 150 million Metric Ton.
-
Included is your reference link.
Note that a metric ton is 2,200 pounds of NH3. A metric ton of
NH3 has 110% more kilos of H2 or 176 Kilos of H2. A short US ton
of NH3 at 2,000 lbs has 160 kilos of H2. A short US ton of NH3
has 352 lbs of H2. The multiplier is 1.10 times US measurements.
-
The 2030, 44 short ton growth rate
is sharp to 190 million metric ton or 209 million short tons due
to demand for Green Ammonia. Heavy investment in Green Zero
Carbon Ammonia is obvious.
-
The Saudi’s lead the world with
the Arabian NEOM project followed by Morocco, China, Australia,
Chile, Brazil, Japan, Korea, and Spain. There demand is for
Marine and Combined Heat and Power to reach the giant combined
production increase.
-
By 2050 the demand for Green Ammonia for new markets Marine
Power, Truck Transportation and Aviation Power and Combined Heat
and Process is expected to grow an additional 274 million.
-
“The 2050
demand for Clean Ammonia (CF), Blue Ammonia, Grey Ammonia and
Brown Ammonia will decrease to Zero because Green Ammonia can be
built anywhere at $1.00 per Kilo Hydrogen or less at 65 cents (GJS).”
It is probable that Ammonia could be very common when optimum
scale plants are built.
-
The total amount of Green Ammonia
to be built by 2050 is anticipated to be 1,500 million Metric
Ton as estimated by the Ammonia Energy Association AEA,
Nov. 2020-2022.
-
The total amount of Green Ammonia
to be built by 2050 is not predicted by the World Fertilizer
Publication, Dec. 2023.
