A fantastic No-till Winter Wheat from Monsanto/Westbred genetics and Exactrix TAPPS.
This Exactrix 8 year TAPPS No-tillage field represents the new best bet to drive No-till development into massive acres in the PNW.

No-tillage and Exactrix Rotational Band Loading triggers the advanced maturity of the plant.

Also some lime has been surface applied to modify the soil pH and compensate for years of over-application of nitrogen.

A fine looking crop and 10 days ahead in maturity...with Exactrix TAPPS working hard. Phosphate efficiency of TAPPS, TAPPKTS and genetics are known to improve maturity.

High Phosphate Utilization is accomplished with Exactrix Chemistry, Uniformity, Placement and Genetics. Annual cropped winter wheat yields are about 2.3 to 2.5 times above the national average at Genesee, Idaho.

Eric Odberg and Kyle Renton of PNW Coop, Genesee, Idaho teamed up with this new variety from Monsanto/Westbred. Sat Shot mapping utilized for application.

The Soft White Winter Wheat crop is very impressive with heading at May 20, 2013....about 10 days ahead of the norm...Exactrix TAPPS and Westbred Genetics come together producing an outstanding economic event.

The Genesee, Idaho pictures are taken in a 30 to 40 mph wind storm facing to the south with the Craig Mountains in the background. A Pacific Push storm was processing a good rainfall event at 3:00 PM on May, 21, 2013

Exactrix VRT Application, Catholic Canyon, Genesee, Idaho, Green and Blue are highly productive soils. Red zones are shallow to rock or less than 2 feet of top soil typically.

Plant Height at heading was considered quite short at 20 inches. Variable Rate Exactrix TAPPS was October single pass 1895 applied in four zones, Red, Yellow, Green, Blue.

This might be a great wheat for producers that have limited harvest capacity and need to move the harvest ahead about 10 days.

In fact no need for Cerone or a growth regulator...The variety looks like a World Seeds, Triple Gene Dwarf Wheat of 80's.

Phosphate efficiency and also sulfur stabilization of nitrogen is working very well....

This outstanding crop has the advantage of Tri-Ammonium Poly Phosphate Sulfate, TAPPS banded in the soil root zone.   The field is uniform in color and height after 8 years of Exactrix TAPPS Application in Mid Row Bands of 20 inch with the Deere 1895.

Exactrix No-Tillage Rotational Band Loading is working well in combination with VRT.

The Catholic Canyon atmosphere was windy when the pictures were taken...and within a few hours a billion dollar rainstorm delivered a good H20 jolt from the Pacific Push.

Idaho Wheat, All Classes.
Not only can producers raise good wheat in Idaho they can ship to the Orient from the river systems of the PNW.

The Idaho Dams like the Dworshak on the Clearwater River, 45 miles east (power line shown) make renewable hydropower transmitting power to the PNW and California.

A total of 8 Bonneville Power Administration/Corp of Engineers dams on the Snake and Columbia River system allow Eric Odberg and his neighbors to ship at low cost from the Lewiston Seaport about 20 miles west.   A river system engineering marvel that provides an outstanding quality of life to all PNW citizens.

This is a high margin cropping area system that allows producers to make up to 150 more net dollars per acre using Exactrix No-tillage placement techniques.  No-tillage allows for good yields using rotation of 5 different crops.

Palouse Heritage Top Soils and costly imported nutrients are stabilized, conserved and remain in place and out of the rivers and streams using Exactrix No-tillage techniques.

Sparging Reflow Blender with Back flush capability.

Paying down debt with lower production cost using high quality liquid fertilizers. ...Exactrix Sparging Reflow Blender with Back flush capability.

What is an Exactrix Sparging Reflow Blender?

Hedge your bets with expensive nutrients making application savings that immediately payback the whole Exactrix system cost.

Producers can use low cost Ammoniated Zinc and Hydra Hume saving up to $20.00 per acre in corn production.

Exactrix SRB reduces the blending risk for large liquid fertilizer dealers. Allows the fertilizer dealer to deliver identity preserved products that are not committed into a blend.

Allows the fertilizer dealer to participate more effectively with his busy customers.

Brings the fertilizer industry into a new era of fertilizer blending using Mass Flow on the go with Sparging, Reflow Blending with Back Flush filtration.

What about Ammonium Chloride?

Producers can use Ammonium Chloride with confidence with immediate cleanout saving up to $10 per acre.

What about Lanthanum Rare Earth?

Producers can now consider special products such as Lanthanum Rare Earth in perennial crop production.

The Exactrix SRB...makes a big change possible in management of nutrients.

Allows APP/ATS/KTS to be managed separately with low risk of the blend fall out.

What about multiple products on the go.

The SRB technology Allows 3 and 4 products to be blended on the go with ISO and Can Controllers.

The SRB allows difficult and expensive materials to be adjusted in pressure and flow to be site specific.

The SRB producers powerful application technology with variable rate of 4 products simultaneously.

1. Low cost NH3 providing the Acid Base reaction…… 2. The Main carrier…High quality and efficient APP/ATS/KTS……. 3. PD metered, Low cost Ammoniated Zinc…….4. PD metered, Leonardite, 0-0-1, Hydra Hume.

The technical capabilities of the SRB allows new products such as Rare Earth/Lanthanum Chlorohydrate (Molycorp) to be metered into the flow in perennial crop production.

Dynamic, on the go 2KM Liquid, keeps the house clean with SRB technology, How does that work?

The system design allows the 2KM liquid system to be cleaned out before each field land.

The SRB cleanout of the 2KM liquid system allows the machine to be parked for several days without blend settlement problems.

The seasonal cleanout is a complete back flush cleanout using the water truck to clean and remove deposits. No need to remove the filter element in most cases.

How does the Exactrix SRB technology reduce risk?

All liquid inputs operate in a metered grey zone with blending occurring just before the main 1 inch Micro Motion Mass Meter.

The Mass Meter allows the materials to weighed and confirming the bulk density and the quality of the blend.

About 4 gallons of blended nutrients are located in the SRB partitioned flow of high quality nutrients. Thus the actual batch risk is 4 gallons and not 2,000 gallons.

The flexible design partition of 4 gallons of injection material can be in a constant Sparge and blending for immediate discharge.

The metering pump continues to turn in the lands of the field with a the main formulator pump bypass returning to the Sparging Reflow Blender and not to the main APP/ATS/KTS tank.

The three way blend can be pre-started with typical logic of the Can or ISO.

What are Non Adjunctive Blends?

Know the limitations of reactive flow chemistry and then use materials that are not homogenous with SRB technology by sparging, blending and reflowing on the go.

What is Triplex Injection?

Some nutrient materials included in the flow will emulsify the APP or the desired nutrient may be too high analysis so the operator will use the Triplex Injection technique. Such materials as dilute Hydrochloric Acid can be Triplex injected to react with NH3 in the soil.

Now producers can keep Hydra Hume separate from the APP/ATS/KTS tank mix and go site specific based on soil CEC.

Ammonium Chloride can be blended in on the go from a separate tank.

The ability to mix and  blend on the go allows the Micro Motion Mass Meter to verify performance of the system with Exactrix/Micro Motion telemetrics.

Bulk Density Readout is available in the cab to confirm the blend on the go.

The telemetric design and delivery of process information of the Reflow Blender with Sparging allows billing and confirmation from the tractor seat to the office computer.

Pays back the entire system investment with yield enhancement and lower cost of nutrients...The Sparging Reflow Blender with Mass Flow confirms bulk density.

Top of the mark for producers looking to pay down land debt by using crop nutrients more effectively.
