NH3 Fertilizer Costs Deep Dive Into Reality. Long Term Planning Must Be Implemented.

“We have got it, and they don’t.” Reducing production costs $150 to $200 per acre.

Only in North America will you find TAPPKTS plus Zinc built at 1% Uniformity or CV.

A stellar reaction of nutrients in a deep band vermiculated to 8 inches, No-tillage.

NH3 as NH4 at 82.4% Nitrogen Is The Best Choice.
Where Did the Money Go?

The Fertilizer Efficiency Problem Is Solved, across North America by Exactrix Global Systems.

Top performing yields with ½ to 1/3 the Fertilizer cost. $150 to $200 per acre back to bottom line.

You Need Long Term Planning.
My banker does not know sic'um about corn production!

" In 2018, You get $64/A to raise 270 bushel corn and that is it."

" In 2022, You get $128/A to raise 270 bushel corn and that is it."

In 2021 Ben McClure had sandy soil, center pivot averages that reached 283 bushels per acre.

Ben McClure has a 13 year trend line on margin and yield that continues upward at above average returns.

In 2021 Ben McClure invested $84.00 per acre in TAPPKTS plus Zinc with the best yields ever.

What if your fair weather friend the local ag banker said? "You get $128.00 per acre for corn fertilization and that is it."

Your ag banker says, “You have got to wean the fertilizer bill to 8% to 12% of the Gross Income in 2022.”

You say, “I have heard about a very powerful and respected company that has solved the fertilizer efficiency problem.”

You say without thinking it thru. "That won’t work with my present system., $128 is about 1/2 to 1/3 of what I need to raise 280 bushel per acre corn."

  • "Furthermore I cannot raise dryland wheat with only $40.00 per acre fertilizer for wheat."
  • "The dryland and dryland pivot corners will need to go into grassland and CRP."
  • "You would argue with yourself and your son, I need $225 to $300  per acre to raise high yielding corn."
  • We can not be using any solution 32-0-0 or 28-0-0 except in salvage.
  • We need to use NH3 banded deep in soil to comply with federal mandates coming for Nitrous Oxide emissions.
  • We need to find a way to use less and get more.
  • "You know you can raise a lot of corn and keep your costs low, if the weather is average."

  • You end up saying to your wife, "I need a new banker".
  • "Something needs to change fast. I need light in the tunnel with yield enhancement technology."

Ben McClure, Kramer Seed Farms, Hugoton, KS, makes a good yield, adjusted to 264 bushels per acre across the scale in 2017 and 2018.

In 2021 yields were topping out at 283 bushels per acre with low cost NH3 at a total of 140 lbs. N per acre.

The N was costing $ 165 to $280 per ton in fall of 2020 to spring of 2021.

For the Production Year 2021 Ben’s nutrient cost was $84 per acre or 6% of the gross income.

    • How can others be getting ahead?
    • Something has got to change.
    • I would like to follow the path of KSU Ag Economist Ben McClure.
    • You sleep on it…You get a referral, You get a name from an Exactrix® owner.

Then you call Exactrix® and ask, "Herr Doctor, Professor, Engineer, Practitioner Guy , Where can I find a new banker?"

    Your Exactrix
® lifetime counselor, Guy says, "It is time to change your corn culture of friends."   “Are you beholding to the Koch Bros, Nutrien, or CF where More Is Always Less for you?”

    Award Winning Technology.

    • You know that the Exactrix® company has won two major national professional awards, one federal award, and regional awards. They are bucking for more awards in Binary Banding in soybean, corn and cotton.
    • This is not a regional problem. There are now three companies that control the fertilizer industry in North America. Fertilizer companies are not owned by farmers. They are owned by Oligarchs (Hedge Fund Managers)
of North America. Regional Private and Public Monopolies
    • Across America, Canada and Mexico top notch engineers and TVA trained agromists have been
      building Exactrix
      ® systems for 23 years.

Back to your questions and answers.

Your Exactrix® counselor Guy says, “You need to turn to this new document, developed by Ben McClure, Ag Economist (KSU), Farm Manager (Kramer Seed), reporting to MBA investors”.

Ben McClure is a No-till and Strip Till farmer with Exactrix advanced equipment to formulate TAPPS and TAPPKTS plus TraFix Zinc.

You need to follow the Pioneer's Seed Corn company’s guide lines for Corn if you continue applying with your old equipment.

The powerful profit secret is in the Method and the Process of Exactrix TAPPS and TAPPKTS formulators with TraFix Zinc.
